Alternative rock artist Frank Mighty announces his debut album Shoulder Season, arriving May 1st, 2026, led by the title track released April 10. Cinematic and emotionally grounded, the project captures the feeling of living between states - where nothing is settled, but everything is shifting.

Written by John Traboulsi (Frank Mighty) alongside Shaya Motamed and John Packman, “Shoulder Season” explores that in-between space: “not quite where you were, not quite where you’re going.” The track introduces a cohesive album that leans into themes of movement, aging, and reflection, pairing expansive alt rock production with sharp melodic and pop instincts. Produced by Matt Snell, Traboulsi, Robbie Brett, Matthew O’Halloran, Shaya Motamed, and Matt Kahane, it marks Mighty’s most fully realized sound to date.

The release arrives with growing momentum. Recent singles “Been Done” (Aug 2025) and “Young Forever” (Jan 2026) are both receiving airplay on SiriusXM’s The Verge & Poplandia, while also gaining traction across college radio and earning strong editorial support across Spotify, Apple Music, and Amazon Music.

On stage, Mighty recently supported Boy & Bear and Fionn on their Canadian tours, and is set to perform at Departure Festival this May and the Coca-Cola Stage at the Calgary Stampede this July - a full-circle moment for Traboulsi, who calls Calgary home.

With Shoulder Season, Frank Mighty delivers a debut that feels both immediate and expansive - capturing the uncertainty of change while pushing his sound into its boldest, most confident form yet.
